Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eric Thomas & Associates, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit etinspires.com and any affiliated websites owned or operated by Eric Thomas & Associates, enroll in or attend any of our programs or events, or otherwise interact with our Services.

Information you provide

  • Account and enrollment information: your name, email, and details you enter when you register for a program, event, membership, or community.
  • Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we may receive limited details such as the last four digits, card type, and billing confirmation.
  • Shipping information: the mailing address you provide for physical items.
  • Communications and content: messages you send us and content you post in our communities.

Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and dates and times of visits. We use standard cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and operate the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

How we use your information

To provide our programs, process purchases, and deliver materials, events, and physical items; to communicate with you about your enrollment, schedules, and support; to send updates and, where permitted, marketing emails about our programs, events, and offers (you can opt out any time); to operate, secure, and improve the Services; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our Services, including with:

  • Payment processor — to process and secure your purchase;
  • Email and course/CRM platform — to manage enrollments, deliver content, and send program and marketing emails;
  • Community platforms — where a program's community is hosted on a third-party platform such as Facebook Groups or Skool, information you use to join and participate is handled under that platform's own privacy policy;
  • Service providers that support hosting, fulfillment/shipping, and operations, under obligations to protect your information;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Email communications

We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. We may still send non-marketing messages about your purchases (receipts, schedule changes, support replies).

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other states) may give you the right to:

  • Know / access the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
  • Delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

3. Enrollment, payment, and pricing

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method. For subscriptions or memberships, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and materials for your own personal, non-commercial development. 5. Communities and third-party platforms

Some of our programs include access to private communities, which may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Facebook Groups or Skool. Your use of those platforms is also governed by the platform's own terms and privacy policies, which are their responsibility, not ours. Within our communities you agree not to post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, spam, or that infringes others' rights, and not to share other members' private information. We may remove content and suspend or remove any member who violates these standards, without refund.

6. Live and virtual events

Attendance at our live and virtual events is subject to these Terms and any event-specific rules. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully, and we may remove disruptive attendees without refund. Media release: by attending an in-person or virtual event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, voice, image, and likeness in event recordings and in promotional materials, without compensation. We may change speakers, content, format, timing, or venue; if we cancel an event, our responsibility is limited to a refund or credit of the ticket price as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your posts within the Services to operate and promote our communities and programs. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

All Eric Thomas & Associates content is provided for general informational, educational, and motivational purposes only. It reflects the personal experience and opinions of Eric Thomas and our team and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Not medical or health advice

We are not medical providers, and nothing in our Services is medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Certain programs (such as BUILD52) include physical exercise, dietary guidance, and intermittent fasting content, including extended fasting windows. Consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or fasting program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, take medication, or have or suspect any medical condition, including heart conditions, diabetes or blood-sugar issues, eating disorders or a history of disordered eating, or any other health concern. Fasting and strenuous exercise are not appropriate for everyone.

Assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with any program or event and agree that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions. Stop any activity and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other warning signs.

No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular health, fitness, weight, financial, business, income, career, spiritual, or personal result. Any stories, testimonials, or examples, including Eric Thomas's own journey, are illustrations of individual experience, are not typical, and are not a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your outcomes depend on factors unique to you, including your effort, consistency, starting point, and circumstances.

Refund Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Eric Thomas & Associates, LLC

Please read this policy before purchasing any of our Services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All sales are final by default

Unless a specific program, event, or product expressly states different refund terms at the point of purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our Services typically provide immediate access to digital materials, live and recorded coaching, downloadable resources, and private communities, we generally do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Where a specific offering states its own refund or cancellation terms, those stated terms control for that offering. Non-refundable situations include, without limitation: changing your mind, being unable to attend live calls or events, not completing a program, not achieving a particular result, or not accessing or using what you purchased.

Free options

Where we offer a free tier or preview of a program (for example, free enrollment in a challenge), we encourage you to use it to confirm the program is right for you before upgrading to a paid purchase.

Digital programs, courses, and memberships

Digital programs, courses, coaching packages, and memberships are non-refundable once access is granted. For subscriptions or recurring memberships, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid for the current period.

Live and virtual events

Event tickets and registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable where we say so on the event page. If Eric Thomas & Associates cancels an event, we will provide a refund or a credit for the ticket price. We are not responsible for your travel, lodging, or other personal costs related to attending an event.

Physical products

If a physical product (such as a book or merchandise) arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is shipped, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement of the physical item at no additional cost. Replacement is limited to the physical product and does not entitle you to a refund of any related enrollment or program fee.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or your payment method was used without authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your access to the Services and communities while the dispute is reviewed.

Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor that requirement.
